Within minutes of being active, the information and photos of your home will be shared with agents and potential buyers in our multi-list system, on broker websites, on individual agent websites, on popular real estate websites. Next, your home will be posted on social media (Facebook, Instagram, X, Google, LinkedIn). 

In a specific "above and beyond" step the first week, your home will be boosted to a 15 mile radius and retargeted to online viewers as they explore various websites. We'll also send a custom flyer to your entire mail route including photos, details, and a link to your website.

Our exclusive partnership with Homes.com provides long-term boosting of your property. Your home will appear on multiple high-viewership websites, niche.com (the site for those exploring neighborhoods/school districts), and will also be shown to our team's extensive list of local contacts.

The goal of a strategic approach to pricing and intentional exposure of your home is to encourage immediate showings and offers. You will receive weekly reports of listing activity for your home on both Homes.com and Realtor.com, along with a weekly email reporting the activity among competing properties.

A luxury home sign and open house will also be offered at your discretion.
